SMS opt-in data

We do not sell or share mobile opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing purposes.

When you opt in to SMS messaging from a PottersCode product, we collect your phone number, the timestamp of your consent, the IP address the opt-in was submitted from, and the exact consent text shown to you at the time.

SMS data collected through opt-in is used only for the specific purpose disclosed to you at the point of opt-in — for example, appointment confirmations and reminders for our scheduling product. We do not use SMS opt-in data for marketing, and we do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

As of this policy's effective date, potterscode.com does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we'll update this section. Information you send us directly — for example by email — is used only to respond to you.

Data retention
